Cancelations & Returns Policy

 

This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store (Funky Raspberry.com) operated by Liberty and Light Ltd.

Can I cancel or return an order?

If you wish to cancel your order, or wish to return it because you have changed your mind, you have from the moment you place your order until 14 days after you receive the goods. This means that during this period, if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to purchase the goods, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a full refund, including shipping and packaging costs.  All goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

*Please note that you will be liable for the return shipping cost.*

The right to cancel does not apply to the following types of goods, which are non-refundable: Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancelations or returns on gift cards.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. To cancel your order, you must let us know you have decided to cancel as soon as possible. This can be done by emailing Funky Raspberry.com at sales@funkyraspberry.com with your order reference.

All refunds will be issued as soon as the goods are received back to us. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit-card company to process a payment back into your account.

 

Faulty or damaged goods

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours at sales@funkyraspberry.com if any of the following applies:

  • The item is defective or has been damaged in transit.
  • You have received the wrong item.
  • The item listing has been inaccurate, misleading or misrepresented.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right. If in the rare event of an item arriving damaged or faulty we require notification within 24 hours and photos to illustrate the fault. This return will then be processed accordingly, and either a replacement, parts or full refund will be offered.

To protect yourself from disappointment or something unexpected, we strongly encourage you to closely inspect item photos, descriptions, and details in particular measurements before purchasing anything and then again upon delivery.
